1. Service Description

Road Intelligence (“we”, “us”) provides an online study tool at fuehrerscheintest.app to help users prepare for the German Führerschein Class B theory exam. The app includes practice questions, spaced repetition, and exam simulations based on the official question catalogue.

2. No Affiliation with Authorities

Road Intelligence is an independent study tool. We are not affiliated with TÜV, DEKRA, the German Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA), or any official driving test authority. Passing our practice exams does not guarantee passing the official Führerschein theory exam.

3. Free and Paid Features

Core features are currently free. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. Any changes to pricing will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute the question database
• Use automated tools to access the service at scale
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the service
• Create accounts for purposes other than personal study

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the question content is always up to date with the latest official catalogue. Always verify with official sources before your exam.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting contact us. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
